Equine Films was founded by Marta Gabriel, who has worked with visual storytelling for over 15 years – as a photographer, director, camera operator and producer, taking projects from the first idea through to the final edit. She developed her experience working on music videos, commercials and photography shoots for fashion brands. Today, she brings that experience to creating films and photography for the equestrian world.

Equine Films grew from the idea of combining professional filmmaking and photography with a genuine love of horses. Our team is made up of people connected to the equestrian world – which means we understand horses, their movement and their individual character. We know how to run a calm and safe set while respecting the welfare of every animal. We can anticipate a horse’s reactions and recognise the right moment, rather than trying to make the horse conform to a rigid production plan.

Every project is different, which is why we tailor the size and composition of our crew to its scale and character. We can work as a small, discreet team during an intimate shoot or assemble a complete production crew for an extensive campaign, commercial film or documentary.

We work with brands, equestrian centres, breeders, riders and private horse owners. Whatever the scale of the project, we believe in clear communication, a relaxed atmosphere and a collaborative approach. You can come to us with a complete concept or simply the beginning of an idea – together, we will find the best way to turn it into compelling imagery.

We undertake projects throughout Poland and worldwide. If a horse is at the heart of the story, we are ready to travel wherever that story deserves to be told.
